Your adventure begins in Lataguri, a peaceful village nestled near the Gorumara National Park, where you’ll experience the thrill of a Jungle Safari, spotting the wild inhabitants of the forest, including bison, rhinos, and barking deer. From Lataguri, journey through picturesque villages like Samsing, Suntalekhola, and Jhallong, each offering its own scenic beauty, from tea gardens to riverside tranquility and the scenic views of the Indo-Bhutan border.

Next, immerse yourself in the wildlife of Jaldapara, home to the famous one-horned rhinoceros, and visit Phuentsholing, a Bhutanese border town with cultural highlights, including the Bhutan Gate and Karbandi Monastery. Explore Chilapata, a natural elephant corridor, where the ancient ruins of Nalraja Fort add an element of historical intrigue.

The tour also includes a visit to Jayanti, the ‘Queen of Dooars,’ offering a chance to explore Buxa Fort, Pokhri Hill, and wildlife viewing at Rajabhatkhawa and TGN Watchtower. Day 1: Arrival at Lataguri & Jungle Safari at Gorumara
Your journey begins with a warm welcome by our representative at NJP, or Bagdogra Airport. From here, you’ll embark on a scenic drive of about two and a half hours to Lataguri, a tranquil village nestled beside the lush Gorumara National Park, known for its rich tropical forests and serene ambiance. Upon arrival, check into your resort, freshen up, and enjoy a delicious lunch.
Later, prepare for an exciting Jungle Safari through the dense Gorumara Forest, home to bison, barking deer, rhinos, and a variety of wildlife. (Please note, safari tickets are subject to availability, and guests must stand in line personally with an original government-issued photo ID.)
Return to the resort to relax, enjoy the soothing sounds of nature, and witness a beautiful sunset. End your day with a delightful dinner and an overnight stay at Lataguri.

Day 2: Scenic Exploration of Jhallong, Bindu, Samsing & Suntalekhola
After a hearty breakfast, set off on a full-day sightseeing tour covering some of the most picturesque spots in the region. Start with Samsing, a serene village by the Murti River, famous for its lush tea gardens and pristine environment. Continue to Suntalekhola, a gateway to Neora Valley National Park, where the verdant landscapes will captivate you.
Next, head to Jhallong near the Indo-Bhutan Border, known for its hydroelectric project on the Jaldhaka River, followed by a visit to Bindu for breathtaking views of cardamom plantations and migratory birds. Conclude your tour at Murti, a scenic village by the river, before returning to the resort.
After a restful evening, enjoy dinner at hotel.

Day 3: Transfer to Jaldapara
Enjoy an early breakfast, check out from your resort, and embark on a scenic drive to Jaldapara, located about 85 km away from Lataguri. Known for its lush greenery and diverse wildlife, Jaldapara is a gem of Dooars. Upon arrival, check into your resort and unwind.
Spend the remainder of the day at leisure, exploring the surroundings or relaxing. After a delicious dinner, retreat to your resort for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Visit Phuentsholing & Chilapata
Start your day with a hearty breakfast and prepare for a visit to Phuentsholing, a charming border town of Bhutan, just an hour’s drive from Jaldapara. Explore the vibrant Bhutan Gate, adorned with intricate dragon carvings, and visit the Ammo Chuu Crocodile Breeding Center and Karbandi Monastery.
In the afternoon, head towards Chilapata, an ancient forest renowned for its role as an elephant corridor between Jaldapara and Buxa. Explore the historic Nalraja Fort ruins, a key highlight of this area.
Return to your resort at Jaldapara for a restful evening and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Jayanti
After breakfast, check out from your resort and begin your journey to Jayanti, a scenic village located within Buxa Tiger Reserve. Known as the “Queen of Dooars,” Jayanti is a peaceful haven surrounded by lush forests and hills.
Upon arrival, check into your resort and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, either exploring the village or relaxing in the serene environment. Enjoy a delicious dinner and overnight stay at Jayanti.

Day 6: Explore Buxa & Jayanti
Get ready for an exciting full-day sightseeing tour in and around Jayanti.
Start with the Buxa Fort, a historic site where freedom fighters like Subhas Chandra Bose were imprisoned. Continue your exploration with a visit to Rajabhatkhawa, where you can enjoy wildlife sightings from the watchtower.
Next, visit Pokhri Hill to admire its tranquil lake, home to numerous fish and turtles. Then, proceed to the TGN Watchtower, offering spectacular views of wildlife like bison, rhinos, and deer. End the day with a visit to the Mahakal Cave, a sacred site dedicated to Lord Shiva.
After this enriching experience, return to your resort for dinner and an overnight stay.

The cancellation before 30 days will lead to 50% of the total amount cancellation.
The cancellation after 30 days will lead to 100% of the Total amount cancellation.
Since we are inter-dependent with the Hotels so above cancellation charges might vary with few Hotel’s Cancellation charges.

Lean Season: January, February, June, July, August, and December

The Cancellation before 30 days will lead to Zero cancellation of the total amount.
The cancellation after 30 days but before 15 days will lead to 25% cancellation of the total amount.
The cancellation after 15 days to 7 Days will lead to 50% cancellation of the total amount.
The cancellation 7 Days will lead to 100% cancellation of the total amount.
Since we are inter-dependent with the Hotels so above cancellation charges might vary with few Hotel’s Cancellation charges.

Refund Policy:

In case if eligible for any refund occurring due to cancellation or any other reasons, the same will be processed within 7-14 working/ business days in the mode deemed suitable or appropriate at the discretion of both the parties.

Postponement Policy:

Postponement of the tour will be allowed once and will be Valid for 6 Months.
If the trip is postponed and not cancelled, there will not be any refund under any circumstances irrespective of any reason/cause after postponement of the trip.
This rescheduling is allowed only once, hence choose your new dates wisely and inform us at least 30 Days in advance from your new dates. Further, reschedules may or may not have some additional charges and that will be communicated in real-time. Execution of the rescheduled trip will depend upon the availability of all the inclusions as per the original itinerary. We advise you to discuss well in advance before making any flight or train booking.
The inclusions as per the original itinerary may or may not remain same, all depends upon the availability at the time of rescheduled dates.
The total package cost may or may not change at the time of rescheduled dates. The increase or decrease in the prices will depend upon the current prices of all the inclusions at the time of new booking.
Any force majeure situation, addition/amendment in the package may or may not attract additional charges, the additional charges shall be borne by the traveler.
Payment Schedule will be at AD Tours & Travels discretion and has the right to forfeit the payment for not receiving payment on time.
Change of Destination is not allowed under any circumstances. Still the final decision will be taken on the basis of situation.

Booking policy:

For booking this package, you need to provide verbal consent on the acceptance of the offered package including all the inclusions and exclusions as mentioned in the quote. Such acceptance will be received on the quote as a whole including each and every minute details as a part of it.
On the receipt of the same, the concerned trip advisor in contact with you will raise the invoice specifying the number of installments, installment amount and their due dates as agreed.
On the receipt of the 1st installment, the booking will stand confirmed untill and unless any changes are made thereafter.
The Visa/Permit, hotel and flight bookings will be thereafter initiated and the vouchers for the respective services will be updated for you within 3-4 working/ business days. Though the cab details will be updated 1-2 days piror before the trip.

Payment Policy:

The payment will be received as per the agreed number of installments, amount and due dates.
On non-receipt of the payment of the 1st installment as scheduled until and unless any prior notice, the booking remains unconfirmed. In such cases, no booking procedures will be initiated at our end.
Special Notice has to be put forth in a proper manner in case of any delays in making the payment of any installment so that a next due date can be planned for you.
